If I choose home delivery, what time will you deliver my order?

Our courier partner will deliver your order between 10am - 7pm.

Our courier will usually contact you directly on your mobile phone prior to delivery. If these time slots do not suit you, our Park N Parcel pick up option allows you to collect your order at your nearby collection point at your convenience.

If you require your order to be delivered urgently or within a particular time slot, please reach out to us by Whatsapp at +65 83377161.

How does Park N Parcel pick up work?

We currently do not deliver to:

Changi airport: Postal codes starting with: 81 (e.g. 819661)

Alps Avenue: Postal codes starting with 48 (e.g. 498801)

Sentosa: 0981, 0982, 0983, 0984, 0985, 0989, 0990 & 0995 (e.g. 098374)

No go delivery areas: All military camps & bases, Surrounding islands, Jurong Island and Changi Cargo Complex

How can I arrange to collect my order?

Simply choose the Self collection option when checking out. In the order notes, let us know your preferred date and time of collection. We will process your order within 24 hours and will get in touch with you to arrange self collection.

When will I receive my order?

Most of our products, unless otherwise stated, are instocks in Singapore and ready to despatch. Upon receiving your order, we aim to process it within 24 hours.

Under normal circumstances, you should receive your order in 2-3 working days. Please note that orders made on Friday after 2pm and over the weekend will be despatched on the following Monday. 

(As our Made to measure bird cage sleeping covers are made to order, please allow up to 10 days for production. We will notify you when the covers are completed before despatch)   

You can choose your preferred drop off timings at checkout. Drop off windows are:

  • 10 AM – 6 PM
  • 6 PM – 10 PM

Our courier partner will strive to contact you via mobile prior to delivery. If the first delivery attempt was unsuccessful due to unforeseen circumstances, we offer a free re-delivery attempt the following day. If for any reason the re-delivery attempt was unsuccessful too, the parcel will be returned to us and there will be a re-delivery fee of $4.90.

What should I do if I have not received my order 3 working days after placing an order?

If you have not received your order within 3 working days from the date of despatch, please email us at customerservice@parrotfunhouse.com with your order number and we will assist you as soon as possible.

*If your order consists of pre-order products with other instock products, your full order will be despatched together once the pre-orders have arrived. If you require the items to be sent separately, please let us know.

*If your order consists of   Made to measure bird cage sleeping covers   with other instock products, your full order will be despatched together once the covers are completed. If you require the items to be sent separately, please let us know.

How can I pay for my order?

We accept the following payment methods:

  1. Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Paypal
  2. iBanking and ATM bank transfer
  3. Paylah!
  4. PayNow

We do not accept cash on delivery (COD).

Our refund/exchange policy

We accept returns that reach us within 30 days from the date of delivery/collection with a valid Order Reference number (e.g PF1011)

Delivery fees, if any, won't be refunded.

Sale and discounted items cannot be returned.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food and supplements, and made to measure cage covers cannot be returned.

How do I return my order?

We accept returns by mail and in-person drop off (by appointment).

Before returning, please email customerservice@parrotfunhouse.com with the following information:
1. Your order number
2. The item(s) you would like to return
3. Reason of return
4. How you would like to return the product (by mail or in-person drop off)

We will then provide you with an address where you can return the items.

You will be responsible for paying for the postage costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Once you've made your return to us, you can expect a confirmation of your return within 3 working days from when we receive your return.

To guarantee that we will receive your returned item, we recommend using a tracked courier or Singpost Registered Mail.

How will my return be reimbursed?

After your return has been confirmed, you'll be issued a Store Credit equivalent to the purchase price of each returned item.

Store Credits can be used in your next online purchase with us.

Store Credits are non-refundable and non-transferrable.

Store Credits do not expire. Ever!

We do not provide cash refunds for any return orders.
